My self-developed circular economy replaces shredders with ULT freezers and takes a cryogenic approach into recycling filament and plastic waste. By deep freezing as low as -60° C and shattering it instead, we avoid causing heat-based friction, which will help retain better polymer value. This is the foundation principle for my ZeroLoop Recycled Filament; using “zero” heat to pelletize scraps & “loop” them back into reusable material!
